Terms and conditions
Terms
1/ Payment constitutes the client's' acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2/ Full payment is required to secure your booking date.
3/ Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the client has chosen the cancellation option. A $50 cancellation fee applies to all other bookings to cover handling fees. COVID cancellations are an exception in that all stays canceled due to COVID can be rescheduled with no cancellation fee.
4/ The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
5/ The owner will not refund tariffs in part or whole, for any stay disrupted by power outages.
Conditions -To maintain a good standard for our guests and acknowledging that, although most guests will respect our property, the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
1/ Number of Guests should not exceed 2 as stated on the Confirmation Notice. The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking (non-refundable) should the number of guests exceed 2 in total.
2/ Children cannot be accommodated for.
3/ Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Accordingly, the tariff charged does not allow for the extra wear associated with parties and functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments ($50 p/hr) and cancellation of the booking (non-refundable).
4/ Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
5/ Arrivals - arrivals are strictly after 14:00 unless otherwise arranged. 6/ Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Additional charges for damages and cleaning will result in charges set at $50 p/hour. If the accommodation is left in a condition that makes it unsuitable to rent, you will be charged a daily rental rate of A$300.00 until such time as repairs/remedial works are effected to permit the accommodation to be made available again.
6/ Check-out time is prior to 10:00 am to allow time to prepare the room for the next guests. Guests who check out later than 12 noon (without approval) will be charged an additional nights tariff of $300.
7/ Pets are not allowed at Mudstone. Service and assistance animals are welcome.
8/ Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
